Bottle Deposit Refund Issue – Coquitlam Location Today (Feb 27 around 4:26 PM), I was refused a bottle deposit refund at the Coquitlam T&T location. The customer service staff scanned the bottles and said they were not sold by T&T, so the refund was rejected. I didn’t have the receipt with me, but I can 100% confirm that these Japanese beverages were purchased from T&T.
