I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them about purchasing a generator and was required to pay a $500 deposit to secure the booking. On the day of the booking, the company cancelled but did not return my deposit. When I tried to resolve the issue and ask for help, customer service was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Terrible service I contacted the company on December 23 ,2025 with a generator failure. I left a.message and a email with no response. I will take my business else where, very disapointing
