i had previously gotten my nails done at another place but my acrylic nail broke and it hurt my nail a lot so i came here during my break to get the acrylic taken off. the lady who was working gave me an annoyed face but there was no one there. she did my nails and im assuming the wife’s husband ended up cutting my cuticles and he asked me what color i wanted for gel , didn’t want any of the ugly colors so i chose white and he said ok and started laughing with his coworkers. i was obviously mad and he just kept talking and t... read more

Got a manicure from one of the technicians on 11/23 (came home to visit parents- usual nail salon is in annapolis MD). Received a gel removal and gel manicure on natural nails. I get gel q3 weeks and my nails have been so strong. The elder lady whose table is in the middle of the salon filed my nails down so much my nails are paper thin and are all breaking in the corners. We were walk ins. For Mani and pedi’s. Asked for help with a color and they could not have been more rude. Like we were bothering them. There was on customer in the place. Walked out.
