I’ve always had a good experience at this salon, and for the most part, the staff are kind and professional. However, I was very disappointed with how I was treated during my most recent visit. Today I don’t know the name of the nail tech, but she had freckles, black hair with blonde highlights, and wore a flower hair claw. i had previously gotten my nails done at another place but my acrylic nail broke and it hurt my nail a lot so i came here during my break to get the acrylic taken off. the lady who was working gave me an annoyed face but there was no one there. she did my nails and im assuming the wife’s husband ended up cutting my cuticles and he asked me what color i wanted for gel , didn’t want any of the ugly colors so i chose white and he said ok and started laughing with his coworkers. i was obviously mad and he just kept talking and t... read more
