popped in to hopefully just get my bike chain tightened but was told they were too busy, mentioned i was staying in Goondiwindi another night and if first thing the next morning i could get them to ATTEND to my chain as i was travelling through and a chain tighten is a 10 minute job. I was again told not a chance and they have a back log of 6 weeks. Wouldnt recommend this bike shop if you were looking for assistance. Not helpful at ALL!
Customer Service was fantastic. They promptly fit me in for a service and I was happy with the price. David adjusted my rear brake pad as i was riding it and did it perfectly.
Can highly recommend. Just got my service done so quick, professional and honest! Wouldn't go anywhere else anymore!
