Odd experience. We passed the clearance counter so I asked if they had any rings in clearance for my handicapped sister. They seemed confused. “Looking for something she won’t react to with her skin” She’s offended now: “what do you mean?” “Umm, nevermind”

They seem to have everything when it comes to jewelry, from gold to silver and more — so I assumed the service would match the quality of the store. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed.
