I brought here my gold bracelet to reduce the size. I was bought this bracelet in Hudsons ‘ Bay, with stamp of 14k Turkey. When the time i have get it, it was sealed in small plastic and not in my mind that the part that was cut and removed should be given to me because that is mine. I leave the store without opening the plastic. It was too late that I realized that the other part removed should be inside the plastic too, but it wasn’t. For me, as a customer and paid the amount they charged should be returned with honestly.

Odd experience. We passed the clearance counter so I asked if they had any rings in clearance for my handicapped sister. They seemed confused. “Looking for something she won’t react to with her skin” She’s offended now: “what do you mean?” “Umm, nevermind”

I visited this jewelry store expecting a good experience, especially given how big and well-stocked it is.
