Sue is such a sweetheart, always checks in with you and always does her best to remember her clients…she’s wonderful!
First of all, my head spa treatment and facial were great and relaxing. The lady was nice and very thorough with my scalp analysis, and my service went overtime. I deducted a star because I feel this place really tries to upsell you every chance they get. One thing I realized after I left is they asked me to tip a % of my total bill which included $120+ worth of products. I was blown away , this was my first time and I absolutely had a great time with experience they were extremely professional , friendly and helpful. They explained every step of the way and their advice and guidance was extremely helpful helpful and I am definitely looking forward to coming back and referring some of my friends and family .
