Having around 6 appointments for my mother m crawford who has dementia. I make appointment then i arrange costly transport After 2 appts & on 30 sept i paid in full for rest of treatments , ever since iv not managed to get 1 over the line in well over 3 months with endless contradictions on treatments, appointment times, & staff availability . There is a lovely dentist upstairs who tendered to my daughter. Although afraid, the dentist was sympathetic, understanding, gentle and reassuring. My daughter left post treatment feeling more confident. We need more dentists like this. Good Job!!!
Had a filling done few months down the line I had to attend this dentist twice for emergency as jaw pain and face swelled to be told I have no infection and it was not to do with my teeth given antibiotics and sent on way , developed a lump on gum asked for another emergency app to be told just come on your appointment date bare in mind since first going for emergency appointment this date was 7 weeks later , attended to be told I had a root infection needed root canal asap as he didn’t see infection last time on x rays next... read more
Some Receptionists are really immature and seem to have no experience or knowledge whatsoever on the basics. It makes me wonder why or how they got the job. I would say definitely a training issue very laxy daisy I left the dentists for this reason.
