I wish I had read some reviews before I went to this dealership. I had a horrible experience with the owner Tom as well. I purchased a used Ford Explorer from these lowlifes 4 weeks ago. They were selling it "as is" which concerned me as they were asking for a premium price for it. I brought my concerns up to Tom while we were negotiating the contract.
