Unfortunately can’t give a 5 star due to the way they treated my friend. Personally I had a very good experience with them working on my Ute so I recommended them to a close friend for an engine rebuild, he even took the engine out and took it to their workshop to minimise the work they’d have to do. They basically help his motor for up to 4 months without even looking at it. I have been taking my Patrol to TT Auto Services for a few years now and can highly recommend their professionalism, high quality repairs, pricing and most importantly, their honesty and good will. On two occasions there have been issues caused by an incorrectly supplied non-original part or inadvertent damage during a repair, both of which were promptly diagnosed and fixed free of charge. 11/10. Ethical and fair! I have used TT Auto for years and my most recent experience set a new high bar even for them. What seemed like a routine 4WD job became complicated (absolutely not TT's problem). They spent many hours making sure the problem was resolved to the highest mechanical standard. Their mechanics are the best and I value peace of mind and reliability when going bush. I recently took my car to Dave and his team at TT Auto for a rear main seal issue, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The car was spotless when I picked it up, and Dave even cleaned my headlights free of charge — which they desperately needed! Great service all around. Thanks again!
