Always helpful and friendly
Called around Kelowna looking for a radiator for my old Kia and everywhere else needed to order one in. These guys had one in stock and in my hands 20 minutes later. Can get the car back on the road sooner than expected!
I had the best customer service ladies at auto shop are sooooo helpful and knowledgeable i will be going back young lady who works there on Saturday is so cheerful 😊 thank you for the great customer service
The ladies at the front will just continue on their conversation before helping customers. Stood there for 10 mins waiting for them to finally help and finish up their personal conversation. We asked where to get a part and they said they don't have it and when we asked where to go. All they said was somewhere in Kelowna has it, gee thank that sure narrows it down. Not helpful, would go legit anywhere else if you want nice and professional service. Honestly even just decent sub par service you can get anywhere else but here.... read more
