Our storm shelter was installed right after the 2011 tornado outbreak. I have to say that the entire experience from contacting TSW to installation was stellar. We learned about them via my sister who also installed a shelter at the same time. Wonderful customer service, installation crew was well mannered, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were on time and did their job well. It is nice to know it is there if it is needed.
