Very professional. Shock rebuild on Ram 2500 with Carli suspension system, King shocks. It rides better than it ever has. I couldn’t be more happy or impressed with the service I received.
Cody with TSW AZ is the man! On Friday afternoon I ended up snapping the schrader valve off my rebuilt shock during install and completely discharging the nitrogen. I called Cody and he offered to open the shop Sunday to get me squared away before the week started. No hesitation or annoyance whatsoever! Talk to him and you'll realize quickly how genuine he, and his business are. This is the place to go!
Cody and his crew did an awesome job rebuilding my coilovers and rear shocks, 3 day turn around from when I dropped them off too! Had a slight issue with the top hats but they took care of it no problem and super fast no questions asked. Highly recommend for shock rebuilt and all their other services.

We recently had a hiccup (broken shock) as my niece and I were leaving for a 3 week camping road trip. The guys at TSW were amazing! They placed a hold on the part for me at O'Reilly's as they didn't have the part in stock. They got us on our way in no time. I cannot say enough good things about TSW and the effort and ethics of the guys there. I am sure to tell everyone and anyone who will listen to how they are such a quality business who is community minded.
