I genuinely cannot tell what is happening with this restaurant. I've only successfully gotten their food one time. Every other time, delivery drivers report the business as closed after I've placed an order. Their phone number does not work. Their website links to some weird scam site. If this business wants to actually maintain customers, they really need to fix whatever is happening because as of right now it's pretty much impossible to order anything from them.
Do not order takeout with this restaurant, we ordered takeout on a Friday night, it was confirmed and paid for, my husband goes to pickup the food at 6:45pm and the restaurant’s doors were locked and the restaurant was closed. Why would they be allowing takeout orders if they weren’t even open? We go to dispute it with the third party app, and they said the restaurant accepted the order and marked it as complete so they will not refund us. so we finally tried this place after driving past it a million times and honestly i get the hype now. got the takoyaki and they were perfectly crisp on the outside and so creamy inside. the karaage chicken was super juicy and that spicy mayo they give you is addicting. my partner got the katsu curry and it was a huge portion, definitely enough to share. the guy at the counter was really nice and explained a few things on the menu since we were new. already planning our next trip back to try the okonomiyaki, this place is a g... read more
