I have been seeing Dr Tsung for about 20 years. She is professional, personable, and trustworthy. I am so happy I found her, and that they take my insurance. The office is not fancy, but it’s clean and easily accessible by train.
Office is very sketchy. Only takes cash. Was told I had to come in for a consult before having my IUD replaced since it expired, so I came and paid the $150 in cash just for them to tell me afterwords the doctor is going to be unavailable for 4 months. Now I have to go to another doctor, pay another consult fee, and wait even longer. 0 stars.
The doctor is super rude and disrespectful, patients can't even ask basic questions about their condition without getting yelled at by the doctor. Please find another doctor to see, do not come here unless you want a very unpleasant experience.
