Purchased in March, promised May completion, not completed until end of July, and at about $5000 greater expense to get what was originally promised. Several problems, one serious, but Tom does no longer returns any attempts to contact, including refusing certified letters. Stopped providing warranty service after two months. I do NOT recommend this contractor.
