I canceled my membership because it was cold outside and I was having to check all the vacuums and none of them worked. Knocked on the door and they said that they were broken for a few days. The reason I canceled is because there should have been signs posted to let customers know. I had a monthly membership, but a man had to let me through. He could've let me know the vacuums were not working.... Customer service was great when they first opened then it went downhill..
This place is not nice at all, their vacuums either don’t work or are broken, not of the member amenities are even worth it; they have cleaner in a bucket and it leaves streaks on the windows. In my opinion Silverstar or mister carwash is way better and it’s not a very big price difference
