Won’t clean your car and will leave scratches and chipped paint. Manager is a joke and refused to let me see the video of my car to verify if they scratches were there prior to entering car wash. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone
Car wash is horrible, vacuum is great and some of the employees are nice enough to wash your weather mats (which mostly newer vehicles has) however my last visit an employee named Justin said I’m not doing it. Went to complain the next day and got the same answer, I ask if they had a website for review and the person said no we don’t... back to a regular car wash since Tsunami Express are unable to clean the weather mats.
First time here. Wash was fine. We did the $12 version. But it broke the rear windshield wiper on our Honda Odyssey. Not just like the replacement blade... It actually BROKE THE WHOLE UNIT! This has never happened before. We've been through other drive through car washes like hurricane several times before without issues. Really frustrating ���
Regular drive-through wash $8. Worth every penny! Also, free vacuuming. And QT is right next door. They have a good air dryer, but bring towels with you to dry completely. I will be back!!
We used the doggy wash and really liked it. It is a 10 minute wash for $7. It has shampoo and conditioner included in the spray. Will definitely be back.
