No works properly and the right said scratch my car

If you want your car washed, do NOT come here. I have been here like 3 times and ALL 3 TIMES have been a half ass job. My car actually looked WORSE when I came in. The people who wipe off the car use dirty/wet rags and it makes it so much worse. Honestly if you took your hose, sprayed your car and let it air dry it'd look better. I tried to get my car cleaned from the inside and I was told it'd be an HOUR WAIT. there are 4 stalls WHY IS ONLY ONE OPEN? this place needs better management for sure. WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!! I took my 2025 SUV a couple of days ago and not only did it still came out dirty, but also the guys that "scrubbed it" kept on hitting it the brush and ended damaging the paint on one of the sides.
