Service was very uneven at lunch today - order was taken promptly and food arrived in a timely manner, but we ran out of napkins, water, and had to ask twice for a spoon. The one stars for food and service are due to the fact that my son’s jiro ramen had a hair in it and when we pointed it out, they had the audacity to say it was impossible for it to be a hair because everyone in the kitchen wears a hairnet. And yet there was a hair in his bowl. Was much better when it was a Tsujita. Won’t be back again.

TSUKE ARTISAN NOODLE might’ve served me the worst hot food experience I’ve had in a while. Food arrived late and somehow still cold. I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant can put out food with this level of quality control and stay in business. The service itself was actually okay, which honestly makes it more frustrating because the kitchen completely dropped the ball. At the very least, throw the food in a microwave before sending it out.

I don’t recommend. Got the tsukemen by delivery. Generous portion of noodles and meat cooked nicely. The concentrated broth was not good-tasted like a budget KFC gravy- KFC gravy nicer. Legit no seasoning on food they wanted extra money for ‘spice’, silly for them to charge $1 for heat, so I added my own and seasoned still zero flavor. The concentrated broth must be instant stuff like from a store-zero flavor tbh. If it was cheap be ok but it’s not cheap.

The food was great! Jenna was extremely kind and friendly. Her service was a 10/10. I would definitely recommend

Tsukemen was not good. Music was too loud. Not much to say for the service. Chinese franchise selling Japanese noodle. Not recommended.
