I never had heard of these folks before until recently. I purchased a fender eliminator kit and lighting from them when I got my GSX-R, and not only is the parts' quality very good, the integrated taillight looks as if it was stock, fits very flush with the bodywork. Customer service was also incredibly prompt with email replies and very helpful. Definitely recommend for mods if you have a sportsbike.
Ordered a Gen 2 Flash relay from TST and I end up putting an incorrect number in my address on accident. Left a voicemail and messaged TST support to just call shipping and adjust the address (what usps recommended to me) and they basically said we'll we treat this as a return and will just refund you minus shipping costs. Why not just call shipping like any other company has done? Instead just be lazy and steal the customers shipping cost and send them off.
Poor customer service
TST does customer service right. Their products are high quality, everyone knows that. But it is a rarity when a company has quality products and superior customer service. TST stands above all in this industry.
I went to TST in person to get a ECU tune for my Yamaha R7. They were friendly and helpful.
