Went in for coast guard drug test. Was not informed that if you provide insufficient urine that there is no way to reschedule and that you have to sit in the lobby for 3 hours while waiting for urine to refill your bladder. If you leave and come back you have to pay full price to retest. Would have been nice to know beforehand.
I had to get a DOT done, and when I came in I was greeted, and asked what I need help with by Ben! And he process my payment, and I waited a few minutes before doing my drug screen, and he was very polite. Very quick in and out type of place. Thanks so Ben!
The information that needs to be posted is when the office is closed for lunch (and that it even is) and when they stop doing blood draws. I've tried to come in two days in a row and haven't been able to. Please put more information up.
