The staff were great. Very helpful and tolerant of me as my consortium testing was problematic. I would, however give one star as a warning to all Captians and mariners that the price for the consortium is astronomical. Over 3X the price as APCA in St. Pete who will gladly send you a lab order and get you enrolled in a consortium for a little over $100 with a simple phone call. If I come back to AK next season I’ll have my consortium in order before I get here.

Went in for coast guard drug test. Was not informed that if you provide insufficient urine that there is no way to reschedule and that you have to sit in the lobby for 3 hours while waiting for urine to refill your bladder. If you leave and come back you have to pay full price to retest. Would have been nice to know beforehand.
I had to get a DOT done, and when I came in I was greeted, and asked what I need help with by Ben! And he process my payment, and I waited a few minutes before doing my drug screen, and he was very polite. Very quick in and out type of place. Thanks so Ben!
