I have not gotten my daughter pictures yet I was told they have been shipped on May 18,2021 and today is June 3, 2021. When I called the location all I get is a voicemail never a person to speak to.
The website isn't that good. It could/should be much easier to use.
My son played NFL Flag Football in South Charlotte and this company took the photos. In May it's now June and none of the parents have received their photos. I emailed and called but haven't received any response. Unprofessional I don't recommend
Very disappointed. Photo was taken too far away from subject and piece together team picture limits options. I would suggest not wasting time nor money with these folk and take pictures yourself.
