Sat in the office for nearly 30 minutes while the two folks in the office chatted. Not much customer service. No one else was in for a test. Pretty ridiculous honestly.
I have appointment scheduled for all day and the lady was not clear about directions in the amount of specimen needed so I was short. Now I have to wait because of their ignorance complete neglect to state the amount needed and stupidity.
Receptionists were completely unprofessional and I could hear them trying to make fun of my appearance through the window while I was waiting.
