I contacted TSS Garage Doors & Services today to fix my garage door, and they were able to come out and complete the repair the very same day! Tom and Sonja were absolutely lovely to deal with. Extremely nice, honest, and very experienced at what they do. They charged a very reasonable and fair price for the job. I couldn't be happier with the repair and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door work.
Exceptional service from Tom & Sonja. I called them at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, expecting I'd be waiting until the following week, but they were incredibly responsive. They arrived promptly on Saturday morning to measure the broken garage door springs and explained that a quote was needed because the springs were non-standard. Sonja and Tom were friendly, efficient, and communicated well throughout the process. They were able to provide the exact type of door we had in mind, and were up-front about which options cost more. Very happy with their work and will def hire them again for the back door!
