Very rude and aggressive. Asked all sorts of questions but refused to give any info about rental price. Please do Not rent from this man!!! He raised his voice and hung up said I was wasting his time.
What a horrible human. My experience was exactly as the other reviewers on this post. I cant imagine anyone successfully rents a room based on his aggressive behavior. Too bad for him, as he missed out on a responsible tenant.
Spoke to a man who was extremely rude and aggressive. When I advised it would be my daughter and I renting, he started asking personal info on her DOB and what school she went to and asked information on her father. I called and spoke to a man who aggressively started asking me questions rapid-fire I felt like I was being pulled over by the police. He asked my name the spelling etc and when I asked him his name he ignored me. He asked me how long i wanted to stay there and I said six months to a year. When he said what would happen in less than six months that would make my circumstances change. He said he just collects information and passes it to the owner. I called to request information on a listing for an apartment. The interaction was immediately aggressive with the male speaker sounding irritated with every question he asked and being irritated that I didn't know the address of my roommates work off hand. His customer service was horrid from the beginning. It was when I asked if he was doing background checks so that I could politely give him my legal name that this interaction became discriminatory.
