We engaged Bob and his team at TSR for work in Santa Monica to evaluate a roughly 120-foot sewer lateral installed around 1925. The line had multiple structural issues consistent with aging infrastructure, and there was an immediate problem at the city connection that, at first glance, appeared to require excavation into city property just to correct that single section. Almost a year ago we bought a house in Corona and our exterior drain lines (where the rain drains into and out to the curb) were backed up causing water to get into our garage from our side door every time it rained.
