Great work. Came same day and safely extracted a family of squirrels stuck in our chimney.

Sam was very helpful. He ensured all squirrels were gone and sealed their area of access for us.
Called Al of flash pest control this afternoon. He promised to come by 7;00pm to take a racoon off the roof. He kept delaying under guys of being delayed at other job, but it became clear he was at a social occasion he didnt want to leave. Kept stringing us along, finally suggesting racoon may leave the roof on its own and he could try tomorrow. Clearly, Al never had any intention to come today - so much for being on call 24/7. My parents were having some trouble dealing with Spiders in their unit. Called Flash Pest Control and they were able to spray the area down very quickly. Issue is now resolved!
