Nice people. Floor looks great and well done
I had five estimates from reputable companies and TSR came out on top. The best sales presentation and product. Because they manufacture their own products they are much more competitive.
The two man team that completed our floor coating were professional and hard working. After they completed the job, they asked me to inspect their work to make sure that I was happy and satisifed with the final job in how it looked. Both my wife and I are extremely happy with how the floor looked. Tim, the TSR salesman was a professional and explained the entire project and what to expect. The work was pretty good. They promised us a $60 visa card upon completion. We put down payment and filled out form and paid full on completion. Never recieved gift card. Now they tell us that they discontinued program because of problems. Sounds like scam to me!
Product was done well but cleanup was awful
