We met with a fine young gentleman going by Patrick. He had a good background on his company's products. Answered all of our questions without hesitation but in a thoughtful way. He didn't apply pressure sales tactics. Patrick was patient, relaxed and unhurried. My wife and I talked ourselves into signing on to getting our garage floor reconditioned and coated after years of spalling from road salts and freezing. We are scheduled for early May. I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Brian did a good job getting me set up. The installation techs, Ron and Jordan, were terrific. They were helpful in walking me through the process, and the floor turned out great. Completely satisfied.
