I drove an hour to visit TSP only to find no sales person on site, they have only one. While the guy I spoke with was friendly and took my call back information, a week has passed and no one ever called me. Disappointing!
Used to be the best service in the industry. But since you've decided to move to the UK service flat out sucks. From sales to parts is a joke anymore. Been waiting since last spring on equipment. Ask the salesman about it and get no response, other than blame shipping and covid. It's time to own up to it. You moved your equipment to the UK. Your supply chain is hurt by it. Probably the last time we buy from TSP.
