Jargie is amazing. She gives the best haircuts I've gotten in the east bay for a reasonable price. My hair used to grow out super choppy and awkward, which I thought was normal until I had my haircut here. My hair looks great even two months later. I've also gotten partial highlights to fix a bad home job and it looks super natural and even. ☺️
