I've been coming to TSM for over 15 years, Raul and his mechanics always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend TSM for all of you car's maintenance services.
BEWARE!!! They changed my rack and pinion and it went bad within the warranty. When I went back to get it changed they claimed the rack was good. I just went and got another diagnostic from a different shop and they also say my rack and pinion is bad. Now tsm isn’t answering the phone and I’m sure the warranty is expired now. Wasted nearly $1000 smh
Owner is very straight forward and reliable , he doesn’t work on the car without telling you all issues and letting you know what will fix the problems. He sent me off to get another part fixed and I came back just for him to do my alignment I would recommend this shop very much he’s great!
I found TSM on Groupon. Raul at TSM had great customer service from the telephone contact all the way til the completion of the repair! He thoroughly explained my auto repair needs and showed me the wheel alignment monitor so I understood what he was talking about. Very transparent and honest. I will be back for future repairs!
