Ivan, Chandler and everyone I interacted with at TSM went above and beyond. My car was hit by someone trying to park their car, and it left 4 to 5 feet of damage on my front passenger side. I met Chandler when dropping my car off and they had an estimate to the insurance company that same day. They jumped into working on my car, only being limited by having to go back and forth with insurance when they discovered additional damage. brought my dented and sun damaged Mercedes-Benz in, and i got a PERFECT paint and body job back!
On short notice, they took on a small project, which to me was a big deal. They had me come in the following morning and went above and beyond regarding the body work/installation I needed for the new wing. They even went out of their way to try and help me out with trying to seal up old drill holes from a previosuly installed wing that I removed, they did this without having to be asked which I was so appreciative of. I was recommended this place from my car dealership because I had scratched my door coming out of a compact parking garage. It honestly ruined my week, but I got it assessed by Efrain who offered to polish the scratch for free, most likely because it looked worse than it really was from the paint that rubbed off the column I backed up against.
