I used to love going here but recently had a terrible experience receiving a pedicure. He was extremely rushed and when I asked him to make my nails rounder, he snapped at me and asked what I wanted in a rude manner. He never spoke to me once or asked me a single question during the session so when I spoke up I was shocked by his reaction. I felt extremely uncomfortable, paid and left. I used to love this spa but will never go back because of this experience.
I had originally given this place a 5 star because it was amazing but since the change of managment the quality of service has diminished significantly. They are rarely on-time for appointments (including having you sit for 15 minutes then asking if you can come back in 45 minutes) and have repeatedly cut my cuticles and made me bleed.

I have been getting my nails done for about a year now at TSL, and I am always so impressed with how my nails turn out! They do a fantastic job with shaping nails and making sure they are all even/the same length! I always come out of my appointment getting exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend
