Second time visiting. And I just realized I was forced on 15% tip as well for the past two times. And I thought usually drinking warm tea or warm water is better after massage. I was confused why they offered room temperature/ cold green tea. Massage was good but I am not sure if I would be back. If I did, I would make sure I wouldn’t be forced to tip in advance.
I had a good experience here. The staff are knowledgeable and it’s a tranquil space. The only downside is the tip should be up to the guest and not automatically applied to the bill. While I do believe the service I received is worth the 15% tip, it should not be implied.
