I highly recommend Rich and his crew. They do fantastic work always get me in in a very timely manner and just unbelievably awesome to deal with. I couldn’t recommend a better group of people.
I have taken my truck to them a few times now and I can say that every single time I've been in there they are impressing with their genuine kindness. They truly care about the customers! While no one looks forward to issues with their vehicle or having to take it to a shop I can genuinely say when it does inevitably happen there's no one else I would suggest!
Worst placethey will take all your money
Called and wanted to schedule the guys at TSI to look at an oil leak and do their 50 point inspection on my truck and they scheduled it just a few days out working with me and my work schedule. The night before I was to take it to them, the truck had a starting issue. Got it to them at the scheduled appointment time and told them about the starting issue. They had my truck for 13months And paid over 17k for the engine ovehaul they didn't do a good job The engine leaks They messed up some harness when they lifted the cabin my truck it's just a mess after the the rapair They didn't torque The bolts right They charge me for a turbo they didn't rebuild I had to buy a new one Tons of wire they didn't connect There only scuses they didn't want to take my truck back it suppos to have a year waranty but you know No good mechanicshop now a day Wouldnt recomend this place There good to... read more
