TSI is a awesome group of guys. I had an engine light on and when I called they asked all kinds of questions. When I got there they knew exactly what to do and I was in and out quick with just a force regen and clearing the code. Thank yall for everything and I will be seeing you again
My truck's steering and brakes shutdown after exiting from the freeway. Barely made it to safety. I'm only up in TN for the day. I called TSI in the middle of the day totally distraught and I was told I'm family now, and he couldn't make promises be would do the best he could. Thankfully it was only a water pump. But he had my diesel 3500 back on the road in less than 2 hrs and less than $700. And gave me enough coolant to top her off if needed again in the morning. Awesome shop! Fantastic people! Literally had diesel truck break down on way to get flooring. Was not sure of issue thought issue was worse. Got it fixed and well under 700 the same day and just needed new water pump for Dodge ram 3500 from 2006. Also office manager. Very funny man xD
Place is an absolute scam , they have no idea what they’re doing . They didn't know the meaning of the check engine light , I had to firgure it out for them and they still messed it up . Didn’t fix a thing and refused to compensate. PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT GO HERE
Terrible service this place is a scam , didn’t fix the issue but still charge me thousands of dollars and only offered a discount on an oil change as compensation. Don’t come here
