Our insurance used this adjuster for our claim when the pool enclosure collapsed as a result of Hurricane Milton. Our insurance company almost denied the claim because they massively undervalued the amount of damage and the cost of repair and replacement. We appealed and they said that the adjuster measured the enclosure wrong and didn't account for the total square footage.
