Yes, the atmosphere was very nice. Great customer service. Everyone was polite as far as the service. My hair came out perfect. Excellent prices, perfect. I have no complaints and Aziz. I hope I'm spelling that correct. She's wonderful. She asked me multiple times am I OK? Ay, that's a feel good, very professional.

I just got a "silk press" here done by Hana, NOT a silk press. The whole process was rushed. My hair was not washed thoroughly, still itchy and when I mentioned it I was met with attitude. My hair was not blowed dryed properly. When the straightening process began she did not start at my roots but instead further down in my hair shaft and then proceeded to do like 3-4 passes.
