don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I called around PM and was told to come at 4 PM for a sew-in. When I arrived, she suddenly claimed my appointment was at 3 PM and she said have some one else to do hair clearly was not doing anything she was on the phone. She was rude, offered no apology, and took zero accountability. My time was completely wasted. This behavior is unacceptable for a business. Do not recommend. I will not be returning.
Aziza has been braiding me for over a year consistent, great communication with clients and a great shop environment. Best place to get your hair service!
I get my monthly sew ins done by hana which comes with a great treatment, she helped me grow out my hair in literally 2 months 💕🫶🏼 I 100 percent suggest her !
