I've gotten 2 physicals from Dr. Eshetu, so I call BS on that review. Most of the poor reviews have nothing to do with the Dr, but the staff and processes. I think its insane that people think that a GP doctor of thousands has time to check in to see if you had a baby since your last visit. And has no one heard of a calendar, its your life and your health; try living in the present world.
Dr. Eshtetu is a compassionate and caring medical professional. She is what is right with our healthcare system.
Dr. Eshetu has been an exceptional medical professional. Upon discovering a new physician joining INOVA Health System, I promptly scheduled an appointment to utilize INOVA’s Walker Lane medical office. I truly have to come to term that this doctor doesn’t care about all of her patients. I have seen this doctor only TWICE in 3 years! No one calls you for a follow-up or annual check up. When I call to make an appt, they simply asks why. The level of showing care to her patients doesn’t exist. My dental office, eye doctor’s office and all of my other doctors always call or text for me to show they’re thinking of you and for you to make an appointment soon. Dr. Eshetu showed concern and empathy to my list of conditions. She addressed all of them and answered questions thoroughly. She did an exam and diagnosed me correctly instead of dismissing me like my previous two doctors. I’ve been searching for a primary care provider that actually listens and cares for the last 10 years and I think I finally found her.
