My family has Dr. Jamal as our family doctor, and we can't say enough about him. He is such an amazing doctor and we are very pleased with him, however his front desk lady Vicki is horribly rude. She is very unprofessional on the phone, she speaks over you, is not helpful and if you can't accommodate her moving your appointments (last minute i might add) she is very rude or will just flat out hang up on you or move the appointment without your consent.
