This dr office is the worst. Can never get ahold of anyone when calling, always says they are closed even when they are within open hours. Been trying to get my documents transferred to my new dr office as dr Jamal left, and they say I’m not a patient ! Tried to send a fax and it said it was wrong office. Zero help. Ridiculous.
I am so grateful to have Dr. Tschirhart as my family doctor. He is phenomenal, as well as his nurses. I travel to come to this clinic for a reason.
I can't never get through the phone, I called over 20 times and someone finally picked up, but the computers were down, she told me to just keep trying in an hour, I have to go to work, so I don't have the time to keep trying, please get a system in which we can make online appointments this is 2026! Wonderful doctor, but please update your system, not all of us have the time to call over 30 times in a day or to go to the office just to make an appointment. The secretaries at this office are horrible. They are very rude, short and think they need to know your business. They need to be replaced. Terrible. Can't wait to change Doctors!!
