We lived there for about 3 years, the rules are strict which means that there is order. The management was always very responsive. They worked deligently to keep the systems working, they scheduled garage upgrades periodically and most importantly new ev chargers were introduced for owners which provide such a convenience for the ev vehicle owners.

I used to live on 28 William Carson crescent and I loved it. For all the amenities provided the condo fee was fair.
