TSC Enterprises pretends to be neutral and impartial as required for EEOC Investigators, but its owner unlawfully retaliated against my statutorily protected EEO activity (opposition and notice of filing) yesterday. Absent an apology today (perhaps Ms. Tinker misspoke), I will be filing EEOC charges against TSC Enterprises tomorrow.
