do not waste your time making this insurance. I paid for a year of insurance, but after a few months they sent mail where they need more information. I did it on the mail and online! after they sent me a mail where my Insurance is canceled. I there are no accidents and tickets for my entire experience of driving 5 years. I am willing to pay more at another insurance company but not have to deal with this cheap insurance company anymore. I will advise all my friends not to waste their time using this insurance company.
Very poor customer service. Sign you up everything going well and than they send everyone applications and cancel their policy's. Better to go with more reputable auto insurance company.
They don’t insure drivers with clean records if there’s a accident on record
Worst company I have experienced. Really waisted my time faxing information and getting other things they requested done to have them drop me for my 20 miles a day commute to and from work.
hold time was fairly short, representative was knowledgeable and helped to solve my problem.
I've always had a pleasant experience talking with their reps. I also greatly appreciated receiving the e-mail giving me a heads-up regarding the pending automatic transfer of funds from my bank account to pay my monthly premium. I had totally forgotten.
I have been very satisfied with my policy and my rate. My experience with this company has been very positive.
