Tom and his team have been working with me for two years now. 140 year old property with many decades of plumbing and drainage neglect. We have fixed leaks, replaced damaged fittings, installed additional fittings for an easier lifestyle , dug up the entire 90 year old terracotta drainage system and replaced with pvc pipes, replaced the old HWS with a a continuous HWS, set up new drainage systems for a bathroom renovation, found and fixed the cause of rising damp (without the need for a new damp course). Having tried and failed to get plumbers from Maryborough to travel 30km to our place, I was pleasantly surprised that TSB Plumbing would attend to a bathroom drainage issue. They arrived when promised, phoning as promised half an hour before arriving. Bryce soon had the problem identified. The outlet pipe was not connected to the septic system. He advised on the various solutions to the issue and I'm now waiting on a quote. Very pleased with the service so far.
