Exceptionally well-run clinic with warmth, professionalism, and lifelong care I’ve seen a few negative comments about the reception team at Tsawwassen Medical Clinic, and I want to speak up — because in my experience, they are nothing short of phenomenal. This place has so many petty rules. At the end of the hall, there’re receptionists for the doctors. They sit in their booths with windows in front of them to separate them from the patients; but you can’t just talk to them in front of the window. There’re fences at least 2-3 meters from their booths and you have to stand behind the fences to talk to them. The reason for this ridiculous rule is “privacy”. The nasty receptionist everybody’s talking about is a white old woman. When I went in the clinic on Jul. 4th, 2025 (Friday), there were 3 receptionists. One’s by the front door in a separate room. She’s a white lady around 40. She’s nice. Further in, for “appointment”, there were 2 receptionists in the same room. One’s a white lady around 30, with glasses. She’s nice. We have been with this clinic now for almost two years and are very happy with our doctor and staff. Professional, efficient, and pleasant.
