This Brokerage has been fantastic. We were in a water leak crisis and they were so very helpful and patient and kind. Janet, Shannan, and Erica have given us much of their time and direction and we are very grateful. It has been a stressful time. Everyone we have dealt with over the years at the company have always been great when looking for the best insurance for us but it's not until you are in need that you can really know if a company has your back...and they do. I wish I could give 10 stars
I had a relatively complex insurance matter to deal with on my father-in-law’s estate. I dealt with Shannan. Her knowledge and response time to my many queries were exceptional. She took some stress out of a very difficult time. Thanks again Shannan!

My party and I arrived at 3:20pm on a Saturday (it closes at 5pm). A worker quickly ran to the door to lock it as we approached citing that they wanted to close early for the weekend. We were turned away which caused me to miss my ferry.
