My party and I arrived at 3:20pm on a Saturday (it closes at 5pm). A worker quickly ran to the door to lock it as we approached citing that they wanted to close early for the weekend. We were turned away which caused me to miss my ferry.
I am a frequent customer of Tsawwassen insurance brokers and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Both Annabelle and Erica have been above and beyond and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone. Far better than Westlands services.
20+ year customer with Tsawwassen Insurance and my auto insurance was up for renewal, it lapsed and I had an accident a few days later and wrote off my newly purchased Mercedes SUV. No email no text message just to prompt me. I brought this to their attention after the accident and then they signed me up for notifications for both text and email and then again the following year nothing (failed yet again).
