Don't trust the good reviews. We were given an estimate of 4-5 days for the work to be done. We are now 3-going-on-4 days past that. We have called every day just to be told someone will call us by 4pm. A call that doesn't come. We call again the next morning and get told it will be one more day. Finally today we call, the first person we talk to doesn't know much about anything and says she'll ask this, she'll ask that....so we ask to talk to someone who knows. 2nd guy was nice enough but again, no real answers about the po... read more
Not happy with the services provided by this place. It is a Tesla certified service station but the services are not like Tesla. I recently got my Model Y fixed here but when I got it back firstly it was very dirty which was not when I handed it to them. Also, they were supposed to match the color with my car color where it got fixed which was not done properly. Great shop & friendly knowledgable service staff. Helped me with ICBC Claim process, car was ready when promised! Washed & vacuumed car too!!
I brought my truck here for a windshield replacement and I couldn't be happier. They were not only on schedule, but the staff was very friendly and they even washed my truck! Thank you for the excellent service Tsawwassen Collision 👍
