The front desk guy isn’t very good at his job. Picked up my car and the trim was not installed correctly and the clips were broken.
They won't work on a claim because they wont work on an vehicle older that 2010. My Toyota Tundra is 2007.
Gave me an estimate for the wrong car (Toyota LE vs SE) Called, emailed and texted them asking for an updated quote, still nothing after a week
Awesome service from start to finish. They were so efficient with my windshield repair, and arranging my rental. My car was so clean on pickup too. Best place I have taken a vehicle yet!
Don't trust the good reviews. We were given an estimate of 4-5 days for the work to be done. We are now 3-going-on-4 days past that. We have called every day just to be told someone will call us by 4pm. A call that doesn't come. We call again the next morning and get told it will be one more day. Finally today we call, the first person we talk to doesn't know much about anything and says she'll ask this, she'll ask that....so we ask to talk to someone who knows. 2nd guy was nice enough but again, no real answers about the po... read more
