Received the vehicle back very dusty and dirty on the dashboard and screens. I keep my vehicle very clean and to receive it back in worse shape was not good in their part.
I received outstanding service. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and clearly explained all the costs in a transparent manner. In less than a day, I dropped off my car in the morning and received a call in the late afternoon that the calibration was complete and the car was ready for pickup. I was already very satisfied with their speed at that point, but when I arrived, I found that they had thoroughly washed the exterior and even cleaned the interior of my car. Very friendly, great customer service, good communication and assistance throughout the process. What a gem to have here in town. Hopefully I do not need to come again, but if I do have to get my car fixed then this is the only place I will go.
came in to get a estimate done for my model 3, and they told me they can’t because I’m not from “delta.” Didn’t know we had to be from a specific area now, don’t waste ur time here there’s tons of other Tesla approved shops that are friendly and helpful.
