Not a relaxing experience. It seems more like a nail factory of rushing as many people in and out rather then offering them a relaxing experience. Very rough on the feet too. I have red marks 2 days later on the arch of my feet. The nails were ok but having two people work on you , pedi and mani at the same time, didnt allow for any space or relaxing. I would rather pay a little more and have some quiet in my bubble.
I got my nails done with my mum a few times here and it’s my go to nail salon , and we absolutely love this place. I always leave happy no matter what I get be it a manicure or getting acrylics. The space is so lovely and the workers are always kind and inviting. My last trip there was busy for back to school but they made sure to fit me in that day once we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes but they were very apologetic and it did not bug me with. I had the most amazing experience at Bay Nails for my graduation nails! The first set they did was absolutely flawless in terms of design—so intricate and beautiful! However, the color didn’t quite match my dress, and I was a bit concerned about it. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating.
