Liam has horrible communication skills and lacks leadership honestly don't know how his business is still going. Very unprofessional started the job and never showed up again, ghosted all my text and calls until Liam finally blocked my phone number. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Hope i can at least save some of you from having the same issues with Liam as i did and it looks like many others that have left comments
I am a past customer who is really frustrated and disappointed with the service follow-up from Liam. When the AC unit that THC installed 2 yrs prior stopped working, text messages and phone calls went unanswered. Finally received a callback with an estimated service time and no one showed up and no one called to reschedule. HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE TO DATE and have hired another company to repair the unit. Had a great experience with these guys, second time I’ve used them. I called another place to fix my AC unit they said not fixable if you want to get it working you need to buy a new one. Which was close to 10k. My cousin referred me to Liam and he came and check it out he’s you don’t need to replace the whole thing just replace this part. All in all saved myself 9k. Highly recommend
I was recommended Liam and his group from a colleague which makes this especially disappointing. Scheduled an appointment with Tsawwassen Heating and Cooling to provide a quote on installing AC in my townhome. On the day of the appointment no one showed up from the company during the agreed upon time.
