Very good food. Small atmosphere. Mom and Pop place.
Tsaos is probably the best, most consistently good Chinese food restaurant in the area. It's a staple for my lunch routine, working on the base. The buffet is small and stocked with staples that are always consistent and fresh because of very high turnover. The General Tso's chicken is the thing no other restaurant has matched anywhere. Sometimes seating can be difficult to find because it's busy at lunch for good reason. But the lunch buffet is priced really well, and so worth it. Their carry out game is also very strong.
